Autumn time, September to November is an excellent time to travel to see the Northern Lights, as there is no snow, so the nights are especially dark, so the light from the Aurora Borealis is more visible.
The snowy winter season is from December until April when you can do all kinds of winter activities and enjoy the comfort of your own glass igloo at night.
